Customization Process
Selection of leather
We handpicked premium black full-grain leather for its smooth texture and durability, perfectly capturing Prime’s refined aesthetic. To enhance the bag's luxurious feel, we sourced gold-plated hardware and top-tier stitching materials, achieving a flawless blend of sophistication and practicality.
Hardware Development
Prime’s signature logo buckle was the centerpiece of this design. We custom-developed the hardware based on precise 3D design specifications provided by Prime, making slight dimension adjustments for optimal proportions and visual impact. Multiple prototypes were produced in gold, matte black, and white resin finishes to ensure perfect alignment with their branding.
Final Adjustments
The prototypes underwent multiple rounds of refinements to perfect the stitching details, structural alignment, and logo placement.
